General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of glasses and accessories on the GoodGod website. By placing an order on our site, you accept the terms and conditions below. We invite you to read this document carefully.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions of sale of the products offered on the GoodGod website. They apply to any order placed on the site, whether for sunglasses or optical glasses, and to any transaction carried out with our company.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT applicable at the time of order. GoodGod reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Payments are made exclusively by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method offered on the site. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery

The delivery of the products is made to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and services chosen. In the event of a delay in delivery, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering based on the delivery location.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products.

7. Warranty and Liability

All our products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer can request an exchange or a refund under the guarantee.
GoodGod shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
