Refund Policy

At GoodGod , we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the terms for a refund or exchange.

1. Return and Refund Period

You have the right to return any product purchased on our GoodGod website within 30 days from the date you received your order. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) via contact@goodgod.com . We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

3. Non-refundable products

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Customized or made-to-measure products, unless defective.
• Items that have been used or opened, unless defective or non-conforming.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@goodgod.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.
2. You will receive a return form along with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Please return the items to the address indicated on the return form. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective product or order error.

5. Reimbursement

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, order error, etc.).

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or color), we encourage you to make a return and place a new order. We cannot guarantee the availability of the exchanged item.

7. Delays or Non-Receipt of Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check your bank account first. If you still can't find your refund, contact us at contact@goodgod.com .

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date indicated at the top of the page.
